Cancelations requested in writing via email. Initial deposit is refundable if canceling before 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. A fee of $100 may charged on all cancelations.
There are however, other alternatives that the owner will discuss with the guest.
