A 50% deposit required at time of booking; the balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. The full reservation amount required at time of booking for reservations made less than 30 days in advance.
Cancelations requested in writing via email. Initial deposit is refundable if canceling before 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. The owner may discuss other alternatives with guest. A service fee of $100 charged on all cancelations.
- Renters and their party agree to adhere to House Rules.
- Parking pass (provided by owner) needs to be place in your vehicle.
- No Pets allowed.
- Smoking area provided in parking lot.
- Check-In: 3:00pm on day of arrival, Check-Out: 11:00am on day of departure.
- Tax rate of 17.92% applied to all rentals.
