Very nice 1 bedroom unit, had a fully stocked kitchen and a super comfortable king size bed. The view is amazing! It was hard to go home, we will definitely be returning.

Our unit was absolute perfection! After 3 very stressful months, our week in this unit was just what I needed.There was not a thing I needed in way of cooking equipment. Loved the washer /dryer as we did only carryon. The grounds are lush, the beach perfect (honu and Monk seals visited!) and the sunsets lit your spirit. Best of all, this is a quiet place with rules enforced.

You can walk to any needed supplies. Check out the newish bakery with huge cinnamon rolls. #28 bus is cheap and on time to Lahaina. We had no car. No problem. We used a service to and fro OGG

What a great view! Enjoyed the pool, the grassy private sitting area for the units, and basically a private beach. Beautiful sunset view every night and a giant sea turtle out there on the beach every morning. Very attentive building manager on site. Beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. available to grab and throw in the car for a road trip to the many Maui beaches. A perfect place to stay a week while exploring the island.

We stayed in this amazing condo for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous oceanfront view and easy access to the ocean, pool and spa. The condo is beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home and more! The owner was great to work with — the property was clean and both it and the grounds were beautifully maintained. If you are looking for a perfect place to get away and relax — this is it!

We have stayed in unit A307 on 5 different occasions over the years. It is an end unit on the third floor of the A building and provides an excellent view of the Island of Lanai and the evening sunsets. The unit is always clean and well maintained and the owner Dennis has always been very accommodating and quick to respond to any problems we might encounter. We look forward to enjoying many more stays in this wonderful condo.

The one bedroom was a very nice condo. Very pleasant stay.

The condo was perfect. We enjoyed the patio and loved the minute walk to the beach. The private beach and friendly guests made our stay relaxing and fun.

Kathy were Dennis were very understanding when we had to cancel our trip last minute due to Covid back in March 2020, but after having a 2 year hiatus, we were finally able to go back to their one BR condo for March break 2022. Like the 6 previous trips, the accommodations certainly did not disappoint, and we enjoyed our time immensely. We love the place and repeatedly go back year after year with our girls. Now we are empty nesters, but we will definitely be back and there is no other place we want to stay except for Dennis and Kathy’s A307 condo.

My wife and I have been returning to A307 for at least 8 years, lost track with the COVID interruption. Our first year we brought our adult kids with us and for the 10 day stay did not feel cramped. Two big advantages 1) the beach is RIGHT there, 2) walking distance to food and fun just 1.5 miles east (Java Jazz). One stay was with a good friend of my wife’s and she was impressed with the view, quality and convenient location of the condo. The other 6 visits were just the two of us. Mary was happy sun tanning in the morning on the provided chaise lounge chairs while I walked the beach and the beautiful grounds and took my photos. Don’t get me started with the sunsets from the lanai almost every night, the sea turtle sightings in the water and on the beach area, the clean fresh water pool and jacuzzi and the available charcoal grills. The owners even thought of an on site manager who is as friendly as can be. With Dennis and his wife Kathy’s years of experience leasing his condo, our time there is like being at home when we walk through the door. Full disclosure: one time we thought the coffee maker was broken, called Dennis and had a replacement later the same day only to find a part was miss placed. We let Dennis know this and he said just put the new one on the shelf for a back up. I have found Dennis helpful and always willing to help us when needed. Mary and I would just like to say thank you for all the great Maui stays. For a hassle free place to stay, and for less than a resort, our one bedroom fit our needs and for a larger family his two bedroom (B404) is beautiful as well. Thanks Dennis & Kathy.
